Hi, I'm Josh.

My name is Josh, and I’ve experienced the ups and downs of life firsthand. Born in Los Angeles to hardworking immigrant parents, I learned the value of resilience early on. Forced to return to the Philippines at 14, I faced a difficult decision: stay behind or join my family. Opting to support them, I enlisted in the US Navy at 17.

Life in the military taught me discipline, but financial struggles persisted. Seeking stability, I ventured into digital marketing, achieving success until the 2020 global crisis hit. Undeterred, I pivoted to real estate, leveraging opportunities and strategies to secure a comfortable future for my family.

Today, I’ve completed numerous deals and developed a substantial portfolio. Real estate transformed my life, enabling me to reunite my family in the US and achieve financial independence. Now, I’m committed to sharing my journey and helping others navigate their paths to success.
